Join us for our weekly check in Session, to mindfully connect into your bones. We run these sessions on a 7-week rotation, focusing on a different part of our skeleton each week including:

  • Feet

  • Pelvis

  • Spine

  • Ribcage

  • Shoulders

  • Neck

  • Jaw

Everybody is welcome to join us for two sessions for FREE!

This is a great way to find out more about the Ixchel system, meet some of the team, and initiate a connection with your body that you didn’t even know was possible.
