
Open to visitors, Ixchel Integration members, current Get Into Your Body Level 1 students. Join us for our weekly Check-in Session, to mindfully connect into your bones. We run these sessions on a 7-week rotation, focusing on a different part of our skeleton each week including:
Feet: For foot injury and plantar fasciitis, to feeling emotionally unstable and unsupported in the body
Pelvis: From chronic back pain, to bladder and digestive problems, and feeling emotionally anxious or depressed
Spine: For lack of support, hyper mobility, fibromyalgia, back pain, and nervous system dysregulation
Ribcage: From breathing or heart problems, upper-back pain, and fight-or-flight emotional dysregulation
Shoulders: Rotator cuff or frozen shoulder, wrist and carpal tunnel, to emotional overwhelm and fibromyalgia
Neck: Migraines, chronic neck pain, stress and anxiety
Jaw: Headaches, TMJ, chronic tension, jaw clenching, teeth grinding
